My name is Scott R. Frazer and this is my author website. I now have three non-fiction books published by Cedar Fort Inc. The first is Where Science Meets God: 12 Ways Science Reinforces LDS Doctrine. I wrote this book, not to renew the science / religion debates again, but to help the non-technical reader to figure out how to get the two to mesh together. On one hand, it can be difficult to accommodate new findings of science in our understandings of earth life and scripture. But science truths always support religious truths and can add to one’s testimony.
My second book is Angry with God: Understanding the Rules of Earth Life. I wrote this book for Latter-day Saints who are angry with God either for the inequalities of this earth or due to a disaster that has occurred in their lives. The book explains that rules of earth life must be followed and enforced by our Heavenly Father. If the rules of earth life are ever broken, the creation was for naught.
The third book is titled Mentally Calm, Spiritually Connected: The Interdependence of Mind and Spirit. I wrote this book for church members who are experiencing mental depression and challenges - and don’t understand its effects on their spirituality. You are made up of your “heart, might, mind, strength, and soul and they are interconnected. This book is to help you to understand how your mental health can affect your spiritual health.

Mentally Calm, Spiritually Connected: The Interdependence of Mind and Spirit
You are a very complex entity, in ways only you can know. I am not talking about your physical body. The real complexity is in what you think and how you think it. You probably view yourself as being a single individual, with one mind and spirit. But the truth is that you are an association of your emotional mind, your rational thoughts, memories of experiences, and your spirit.
This book tries to help the reader to understand the association between your mind (both conscious and subconscious), your body, and your spirit.

With stories, histories, and interviews, we’ll discuss how findings in science provide new understandings of the universe and the Gospel. It’s a wonderfully complex world. Angry with God: Understanding the Rules of Earth Life
“The premise of this book is that anger with God is misplaced, unfair, and based on misunderstandings of the scriptures and the reasons for earth life. God has created a world for us based on a prior eternal pattern. He has established laws on this earth that are required for our learning and instruction. Throughout this book, we will refer to those laws as the Rules of Earth Life. Many people seem to think the rules of earth are God’s playthings and that He can dismiss them anytime He wants. This is patently untrue. God Himself must obey the rules of earth, as we will discuss in the following pages.”

“It is difficult to consider new ideas and concepts. It is difficult to tackle difficult ethical questions and moral dilemmas that face us today. But, I think it is your responsibility to do so – as a human being, as a parent, and as a believer in God. When children and friends come to you with questions about life, God, and the universe, it is sad to admit that you “haven’t thought about it much.” We need to learn about the issues, think about them, and resolve them in our minds as best we can.”
